PRICES:

The farm house has apartments that could host from 2 to 7 people and can be reserved for entire weeks or shorter periods but at least 4 nights long.

Prices consist of all services written above, electricity and water excluded heating that will be charged on departure

The price for period from 23/09 to 14/10 is 100,00 euros per person per night for one night, for longer staying 50,00 euros.

Final cleanings: € 10.00.
Gas gpl: it depends on the use.
Staying tax: 2,00 € per day per person for the first 7 nights, except children under 14.

Reservation Terms:

For the reservation, it is needed to pay the total rate for the staying, by bank.

At your arrival, it will be requested the deposit and it shall be cash; it will remain in our hands and will be given back when you leave after a brief check of the apartment.
